Engineers - As indicated on the GL&A Home Page, GL&A is not for the casual MSTS engineer. Individuals wanting to join should have an extensive knowlege of Virtual Railroading and MSTS to include the ability to troubleshoot issues that they might encounter.
Activity Developers - We are looking for individuals with experience in designing and developing activities/work orders for MSTS. You will be expected to release no less than 2 activities/work orders per month. Activity developers are not required to be Engineers but are welcome to join the Engineer ranks as well. If you choose to do both you will be required to meet the monthly requirements of both positions.
Equipment Testers - Regardless of where equipment comes from it seems like adjustments need to be made. These positions will be responsible for testing all the equipment we use at GL&A. You must have a working knowledge of MSTS equipment physics to include motive power as well as rolling stock.
